To enable our growth agenda, we are looking for a Cleaning Specialist who is motivated to lead and improve our cleaning processes. In collaboration with the team, you will set the course and make decisions. You will have a broad contact surface, so it is essential that you thrive in an outgoing role.

As a Cleaning Specialist, you play an important role in ensuring the validation and optimization of our cleaning processes on our production equipment. You will participate in interdisciplinary meetings and experience a large contact surface within the organization, where you, as a Cleaning Specialist, contribute your knowledge. "Cleaning is not just about throwing soap on the equipment and scrubbing with a brush – there are many more aspects to it, which require your curiosity and technical expertise in the field." Your most important role will be to design technical/equipment process solutions that ensure thorough and effective cleaning of our facilities. This includes, among other things:

• Acting as a production representative in the production development process, where you will be involved from product offering to ramp‑up in production.
• Responsible for validation and documentation related to the transfer of new products from R&D to commercial production.
• Problem‑solving in close collaboration with our production sites.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for archiving documents.

We prefer that you have a scientific and/or engineering background, preferably supplemented with experience in GMP, and that you:

• Are holistic and can create an overview of complex tasks but also have the ability to dive into details when necessary.
• Have a high drive, adaptable to change, and can challenge existing solutions.
• Have a flair for communicating at multiple levels, have a good business understanding, and are good at bringing stakeholders together around problem‑solving, training, and development.
• Are good at formulating yourself in both Danish and English.
