Technology & Services (T&S)
forms the backbone of the bank's operations and is central to delivering on our Forward '28 strategy. Within T&S, you'll find specialists across a wide range of fields such as, GenAI, digital delivery, Services, Data & Analytics, Security, Procurement and more. Together with colleagues across other business units, we play a pivotal role in shaping Danske Bank's future and turning our Forward '28 ambitions into reality.

Welcoming & Orchestration Tribe
Our tribe comprises both business and technical profiles, organised into cross-functional squads operating across sites in Danmark, Lithuania, and India. Each squad operates autonomously within Danske Bank's agile framework, developing and managing their own applications while taking ownership of specific aspects of the customer journey. At the same time, there is a strong interdependency with other squads within the tribe and teams across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
You will join the Welcoming & Orchestration Tribe, primarily contributing to the Welcoming journey, which focuses on onboarding customers to Danske Bank in the most efficient and technologically modern manner. You will be part of a squad within the Welcoming cluster, working either on existing production solutions or developing new solutions based on the vendor platform Backbase.

As our squads are cross-site, you will collaborate with team members from Danmark, Lithuania, and India. It is important to note that our needs evolve throughout the year, and as such, the context of the role may change and develop as needed for our tribe to deliver on our top priorities.

Who We Are Looking:

• Backend developer background with a tech stack based on either .Net or Java.
• Interested in solution architecture is a definite advantage.
• Full or partial degree in computer science or related fields (e.g., Computer Science from DIKU, Cand.Merc.IT from CBS, Informatics Engineering from DTU, or similar degrees from IT University). Equivalent degrees from SDU, Aarhus University, and Aalborg University also apply.
• Experience with AI solutions and cloud DevOps engineering is considered as great advantage.
• Proficiency in English (fairly language agnostic).
• Sense of curiosity, a sufficient track record in team-based work, and an urge to take ownership.
