Role Overview

Our people are the heart of Norwegian. We welcome a new storekeeper to support our dynamic Warehouse team in Copenhagen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare requisitions for spare parts and materials based on minimum stock limits.
• Issue items from stock in accordance with established methods.
• Pack, distribute and book shipments for supplies and equipment to warehouses, stations and repair shops.
• Help maintain and optimise the operational warehouse flow inbound and outbound Copenhagen Station in close collaboration with the team and other stakeholders.
• Receive and review incoming parts and confirm quality and safety of product.
• Assure accuracy of shipments against specifications.
• Update and record in our ERP‑system AMOS.
• Maintain inventory and stock records.
• Support standardising and developing a robust and compliant warehouse set‑up.
• Work within SOPs, and Service Level Agreements, anchoring new standards, and handling deviations and change requests in all warehouse processes.
• Contribute to maintain and strengthen the current training set‑up.
