Student Assistant for Hybrid Cloud Operations

Your role:

In the role as Student Assistant in Hybrid Cloud Operations, you will become part of a highly skilled and dedicated team working with cloud operations, documentation structure, and continuous process improvement. You will also join our student team that connects students across different teams and offices.

Your responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update department documentation, including workflows, responsibilities, and work instructions.
  • Develop and structure customer documentation with design and operation workflow
  • Support the customer onboarding process, including gathering and preparing required documentation.
  • Assist with AWS and Azure audit activities, such as collecting evidence and updating documentation.
  • Perform and maintain task tracking to ensure visibility and timely follow‑up on departmental tasks.
Who you are:
  • You are currently studying a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline.
  • You are structured, detail‑oriented, and enjoy bringing clarity to processes and documentation.
  • You communicate clearly and work well with both technical and non‑technical colleagues.
  • You are proactive, curious, and motivated to learn about cloud operations and IT processes.
  • You can work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and are comfortable using digital tools.
