About the Role ⚙️

As Technical Customer Support at Emaldo, you will be the Første technical point of contact for customers and installers in Danmark.

You will work with:

• Electrical installations and system behavior.
• Inverters, alarms, connectivity and energy flows.
• Real-world technical questions from electricians and end-customers.

Your mission is to ensure that Emaldo systems are understood, configured correctly, and operating safely and reliably.

You will collaborate closely with:

• Certified electricians and installers.
• Customers with technical questions about their energy system.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance on Emaldo’s energy systems to installers and end-customers.
• Answer questions related to electricity, system behavior, alarms and operational status.
• Support customers in understanding and using Emaldo’s apps and subscriptions.
• Assist with system setup, basic diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Ensure customers feel confident in how their energy system works – not just the software

We are specifically looking for candidates with a technical background relevant to energy systems.

This role is ideal if you love helping people and creating trust – and also diving deep into technical details.

You have:

• A technical education or hands-on experience within electricity, energy, power systems, installations, automation or similar.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, energy flows, and hardware/software-based troubleshooting.
• Fluent Danish and English (spoken and written).
• Able to work from our office in Ølstykke or Roskilde.
• Legal right to work in Danmark.

You are:

• Curious and technically minded.
• Comfortable talking to electricians and technically skilled customers.
• Motivated by understanding how systems work in real life.

⚠️ This role is not suited for profiles with a purely IT/software or consulting background without experience in energy or electrical systems.
