Are you passionate about turning business needs into high‑quality digital solutions? Join Specsavers as our new Product Specialist and help deliver products that support our colleagues and customers across Northern Europe. Your role As a Product Specialist at Specsavers, you play a key role in developing and delivering product changes across the Northern European markets. You bridge the gap between business needs, technical understanding, and end‑user value — ensuring that what we build is fit for purpose. You will work closely with Product Owners, BAs, developers, testers, architects, and external vendors. With strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of product functionality, you’ll be the go‑to expert who helps ensure clarity, quality, and alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Act as the product expert, understanding features, integrations, limitations, and business use. Support requirement clarification, documentation, and alignment across technical and business stakeholders. Contribute to quality assurance by defining acceptance criteria and validating vendor or internal deliveries. Collaborate with developers, testers, vendors, and Product Owners to ensure clear communication and smooth delivery. Maintain documentation and share product knowledge to ensure transparency and reduce dependencies. Participate in agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement in team processes and product understanding. Your new team You’ll join our Northern Europe Technology function — a collaborative and highly skilled department that supports Specsavers’ digital ecosystem across countries and platforms. We work in cross‑functional teams, value transparency and shared ownership, and are committed to delivering technology that empowers the business.
