Welcome to a day in your life with us, where your leadership trainee program opens the doors to a world of opportunities and learning. Throughout the program, you will be assigned to a specific department within sales, customer service, logistics or communication and interior design. We ensure that during your leadership trainee period, you will have the opportunity to rotate between different functions, allowing you to explore various areas and gain a versatile experience in your training.
In collaboration with an experienced leader, you will not only gain insights but also have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills. Here, you will learn the importance of giving and taking responsibility while actively participating in your leader's daily work.
Our training program has a practical orientation, with most of the learning taking place "on the floor" alongside your colleagues in operations. This not only gives you a unique understanding of the business reality but also the opportunity to translate theory into practice.
After completing the program, you will have a say in choosing your future department, allowing you to shape your career in line with your interests and competencies.
