About the Stilling:
The Sales Manager, Benelux, is a hybrid commercial role working across both the wholesale and contract businesses in the Benelux region. The role is central to driving sustainable growth by strengthening partnerships with existing wholesale accounts while simultaneously building a robust contract pipeline through close collaborations with architects, designers, and contract dealers across key sectors such as hospitality, residential, and workplace. Reporting to the Head of South Europe and Benelux, the role works cross-functionally with HQ teams, including Customer Service, to ensure strong commercial execution and market alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Continue to develop and refine GUBI's focus partner model across key wholesale partners to ensure a structured and commercial approach to retail in Belgien, the Holland, and Luxembourg.
Play a vital role in growing existing wholesale partners through focused annual commercial plans, including an optimized product mix and effective campaign implementation.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance meetings with key wholesale partners to track sales performance, identify commercial growth opportunities, and build shared marketing plans.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with A&D professionals and contract dealers to achieve the outlined pipeline targets and metrics.
Collaborate closely with contract dealers and project influencers through a key account management approach, ensuring the GUBI brand and products remain top-of-mind from specification to project completion.
Develop and implement best practices for contract dealers and A&D offices regarding meeting cadence, product training, and general engagement.
Conduct regular sales training to enhance product and brand knowledge across key segments, including wholesale partner staff, A&Ds, and contract dealers.
Represent GUBI at relevant fairs and contract-relevant events locally across the Benelux region.
Day-to-day communication with local partners and stakeholders to ensure consistent commercial traction in the region.
Actively manage and develop a balanced wholesale and contract sales pipeline across the Benelux market.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working with sales within the design or furniture industry.
Proven track record of developing and scaling a market or region through strong local presence and brand activations.
In-depth understanding of retail business mechanisms and proven experience supporting and growing retail, both offline and online.
A strong network within the A&D community and contract dealer landscape in the Holland, preferably also in Belgien.
Proven ability to develop and execute commercial partner plans that drive measurable results.
Advanced skills in working with Salesforce as a CRM and pipeline management tool.
Experience working in dynamic, international environments with cross-cultural collaboration.
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable business plans is an advantage.

Ability to travel up to 10-15 days per month in the Benelux region, including regular travel to Paris or Copenhagen.
Language Skills:
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.
French is considered an advantage.
